Where do you ship from?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 2 working days to appear once your order has shipped.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation email. Visit our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

We gladly accept returns of most items within 30 days from the date of delivery, as long as they’re in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

How do I request a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@polyshe.co.uk with the following details:
order number
if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or exchange.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For returns due to change of mind or customer error, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Please contact us at support@polyshe.co.uk before returning any item to ensure the correct return process is followed.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
