Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Where do you ship from?We ship from our trusted partner warehouses based on your location to ensure the fastest delivery. Orders are primarily handled by Royal Mail, Yodel , Hermes , although we may occasionally use alternative trusted couriers to provide the best service.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 1–2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that tracking updates may take up to 2 working days to appear once your order has shipped.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.
During peak periods, such as Christmas or Black Friday, delivery times may extend up to 20 working days due to increased courier demand.
We appreciate your understanding during these busy times.
Where can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your shipment confirmation email. Visit our Track Your Order page to follow your shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day refund or replacement guarantee. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging
How do I request a return or exchange?
To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@polyshe.co.uk with the following details:
order number
if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund or exchange.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other returns, such as change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are typically processed within 72 hours after we receive and inspect your returned item.
Once processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
