At Polyshe LTD, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase, and we gladly accept the return of most items within our return window, provided they are in their original, unused condition.

However, please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, intimate items such as bras, panties, swimwear, adhesive products, shapewear that comes into direct contact with intimate areas, and similar intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We appreciate your understanding, as these policies help us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers.

If you have any questions regarding your order or the eligibility of a product for return, our Customer Support team is always available to assist you.

Return Window

You may return your eligible item(s) within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
• All original packaging and tags must be intact.
• The item must be securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Bras, panties, swimwear, adhesive products, shapewear, or similar intimate apparel that comes into direct contact with intimate areas.
• Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage.

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described:

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
• Please send clear photos or videos to support@polyshe.co.uk showing the issue.
• After verification, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Failure to report within the stated period may result in your return/refund request being rejected.

Return Process

1. Request Authorization
   Email us at support@polyshe.co.uk with the following:
   • Your order number
   • Reason for the return
   • Supporting photos or videos if applicable
2. Receive Return Instructions
   Once your request is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Shipping the Return
   • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described.
   • Please ensure safe and secure packaging.

Return Shipping & Labels

• If the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs OR provide a prepaid return label.
• For change-of-mind or non-faulty returns, the customer pays the return shipping.

Refund Timeline & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we receive the returned goods.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size or product:

• Please contact our Support team first at support@polyshe.co.uk.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be returned following the standard return procedure.
• Refusing delivery will not automatically qualify for a refund.
